Enrolment
Enrolments at Dimelon are for a full term, typically 8 weeks. If you need to cancel your booking prior to the commencement of the term, you will receive a full refund of your payment minus a $20 cancellation fee. However, no refunds are paid for cancellations once the term has commenced.
Trial Classes
We offer 3 trial sessions at a discounted rate so your child has time to settle in, gain confidence, and fully experience the class before committing to a full term. (Subject to availability)
Discounts
Siblings under one can come for free, and siblings over one will attract a discount of 25 % off out of the current enrolment rate. If you occasionally need to bring a sibling, please just send an email to let me know about it.
Classes
Each class has a duration of 30-45 minutes.
Every child needs to be accompanied by an adult at all times during the lessons.
Group sizes are limited to 7 children, with the exception of young siblings and occasional attendance of an extra child doing trial or make-up classes;
Our classes are designed for little ones aged 1 to 4, with a strong focus on early language exposure. To join, your child must be 3 years old or younger at the time of enrollment.
Cancellations & Make-up Classes
We understand that life happens!
– Group Classes: Missed sessions are non-refundable. If you miss a class, you’re welcome to one make-up session per term, subject to availability and scheduled within the same term.
– Private Lessons: Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
Class Guidelines
📸 Photos & Videos
Parents are welcome to take photos or videos of their own child during class, as long as it doesn’t disrupt the session.
However, to respect everyone’s privacy, please do not share images or videos that include other children on social media or online platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
We occasionally take photos for social media and program promotion. Let us know if you do not consent to your child being photographed.
👩👧 Parent Participation
Your involvement matters! Children learn best by example, so we encourage you to actively join in during songs, games, and activities.
If your child gets distracted or wanders off, don’t worry — it’s normal! Let them explore safely, and they’ll usually come back to the group when they’re ready.
